Meet Dylan and Clayton!

Dylan is a kind and thoughtful 15 year old young man. He does well in school and is a
a good student. He is a strong advocate for himself. He likes NASCAR and playing
video games. He has a part time job and is very determined and driven.

Clayton is an energetic, sensitive, and kind young boy. He is 9 years old. Claytonenjoys playing Minecraft, hanging out with his friends, and spending time withfamily. Clayton is described by his teachers as very loveable. He needs a little extrasupport at school but overall is doing very well. He enjoys going to the park andrecently had a lot of fun roller skating!

The boys want to remain together and also maintain connection to their grandmother
who plays a strong role in their lives. She resides in the Concord area.
