Funny, charismatic, and wonderfully playful, 10-year-old Kennidy is ready to find her forever family!

Kennidy is a bright, energetic girl who loves being active and would almost always choose an outdoor adventure over watching television. She especially enjoys swimming, soccer, basketball, and gymnastics. She is naturally athletic, excels at sports, and approaches new activities with confidence and a fearless spirit.

 

Kennidy is also a wonderful team player and has an easy time making friends. She is the kind of child who will notice someone sitting on the sidelines and invite them to join in. She is especially thoughtful and genuinely wants everyone to feel included. At school, Kennidy has a heart for children who may not have many friends and will often make an effort to include them and build a friendship.

Kennidy loves being outside in all kinds of weather. A rainy day won't necessarily keep her indoors, she is perfectly happy riding her bike through the rain! When the snow arrives, she is just as eager to bundle up and head outside to play. On the occasional day when the weather really does keep her inside, Kennidy enjoys playing with her Barbies and spending time with her collection of stuffed animals. Each stuffie has a name and, naturally, a story to go along with it! Kennidy also enjoys making cards and small craft gifts for the people she cares about, showing the thoughtful and generous side of her personality.

 

Looking toward the future, Kennidy says she would love to work with animals when she grows up. Her love for animals is just one more glimpse into her caring nature.

Kennidy has expressed a strong desire to be adopted and is excited about the possibility of having a family of her own. She envisions a family with both a mom and dad, a bedroom of her own, and a big backyard where she can have plenty of opportunities to play and be active. Kennidy would especially enjoy having younger siblings, as she tends to do best with younger children.

Kennidy will thrive with a family who is patient, encouraging, and willing to support her as she continues to grow and develop. She needs parents who will advocate for her at school, celebrate her strengths, provide consistent guidance and support, and most importantly, love her unconditionally.
